This poem by the great activist and poet Stacyanne Chin is for those who are about people being equal no matter what the believe or feeling or who they love or what they look like. We as Americans need to stand up for equality because if we don't we will fall for anything. We are equal in the eyes of God, so why can't we all be equal in this great country of ours. I wish so badly that i can walk for National Equality March in Washington D.C. this weekend, but since i can't my heart and my spirit will be there. Again we need to stand together to make sure that every American has the same rights, because if we continue to be a divided country we will never know real truth , love, passion and life.
